Libelous Websites for Dr. Kumar
Libelous material has been published on the Internet about Dr. Kumar with no examination of the full facts surrounding the claims. A few sites remain despite efforts to have them removed or corrected.
The websites in question are:

Sep 17, 2010 – court stays sexual assault charge
against Dr. Tinni Kumar.
These sites did not mention that the accuser was found by police and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to have conflicting accounts of her accusations against Dr. Kumar.
Also of major importance is that Dr. Kumar had been prematurely discharged from hospital while still hypomanic, as outlined in detail in The Bipolar Doctor. The resulting behaviour make the libelous websites grossly inaccurate and incomplete in their depiction of the facts.
The charges against Dr. Kumar were dismissed.
In contrast, accurate and positive sites about Dr. Kumar can be found in Appendices 4 and 5 in The Bipolar Doctor and on doing a Google search of Dr. R.T. Kumar.
